Provide an ABN or relevant business identification
Be approved by Diamonds on Demand
We reserve the right to approve or decline wholesale account applications at our discretion.

3. Product Information
Diamonds on Demand makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate.

However:
Images may vary slightly from the final product
Natural gemstones may display variations in colour, clarity and characteristics
Carat weights and measurements are approximate
These variations are normal characteristics of fine jewellery.

4. Pricing
All pricing is displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Be updated due to fluctuations in metal or diamond markets

9. Risk and Title

10. Returns and Repairs
Due to the nature of wholesale jewellery manufacturing:
Returns are not accepted for change of mind
Custom pieces are non-returnable
Manufacturing defects may be assessed on a case-by-case basis

If a product is believed to have a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify Diamonds on Demand within 7 days of delivery.

11. Warranty
Diamonds on Demand warrants that products are manufactured to a high standard.

This warranty does not cover:
General wear and tear
Accidental damage
Misuse or improper handling
Alterations made by third parties
