1. Application for Wholesale Account
Diamonds on Demand supplies jewellery exclusively to approved trade customers.
To apply for a wholesale account, businesses may be required to provide:
Business name
ABN or business registration details
Contact details
Website or retail store information

Diamonds on Demand reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale applications at its discretion.

2. Pricing
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices:
Are inclusive of GST unless specified
May change without notice due to fluctuations in precious metal or diamond markets
May vary depending on diamond size, quality or custom specifications
Retailers are responsible for setting their own retail pricing.

3. Orders
Orders may be placed through:
The Diamonds on Demand website
Approved wholesale platforms
Once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
Minimum order quantities may apply to certain products.

4. Custom Manufacturing
Diamonds on Demand specialises in custom and made-to-order jewellery.
For custom orders:
Production timelines will vary depending on design complexity
CAD designs or specifications may be required
Approval may be required before manufacturing begins
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.

5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required prior to order processing.
Accepted payment methods may include:

Credit card
Other approved payment methods
For approved credit accounts, payment terms will be outlined separately.
Late payments may result in delays to order processing.

6. Production Timeframes
Most jewellery pieces are made to order.
Production timeframes typically range between:
2–4 weeks depending on the item, diamond sourcing and manufacturing requirements.
Estimated delivery timelines will be provided where possible but are not guaranteed.

7. Shipping
Diamonds on Demand ships within Australia and internationally.
Shipping costs may vary depending on:

All shipments may be fully insured for security purposes.

8. Risk and Title
Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon dispatch.
Ownership of goods remains with Diamonds on Demand until payment has been received in full.

9. Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of jewellery manufacturing:
Returns are not accepted for change of mind
Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable
Manufacturing defects may be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Customers must notify Diamonds on Demand within 7 days of receiving the product if a defect is suspected.

10. Product Variations
Natural diamonds and gemstones may display variations in:
Colour
Clarity
Internal characteristics
These are natural features and do not constitute product defects.

11. Intellectual Property
All Diamonds on Demand product images, designs and branding remain the intellectual property of Diamonds on Demand.
Retailers may use approved product images for the purpose of marketing Diamonds on Demand products.
Images may not be altered without permission.

12. Governing Law
These Terms of Trade are governed by the laws of Australia.
