Diamonds on Demand takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of its jewellery.

Change of Mind
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of most jewellery pieces, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Custom Orders
Custom designed jewellery and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.

Manufacturing Defects
If a product is believed to have a manufacturing defect, customers must notify Diamonds on Demand within 7 days of delivery.
The item may need to be returned for inspection.
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, Diamonds on Demand may:
Repair the item
Replace the item
Offer an alternative resolution where appropriate

Warranty
Diamonds on Demand jewellery is manufactured to high quality standards.
This warranty does not cover:
General wear and tear
Accidental damage
Improper handling
Repairs or alterations performed by third parties
Repairs
Repair services may be available for Diamonds on Demand products.
Repair costs may apply depending on the nature of the damage.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
